This package includes:
90-min Zoom video call consultation
A detailed online questionnaire to be completed before we meet so I'm fully briefed on your family's needs
Individual and customised sleep plan
5 follow-up calls (20 mins each call) over a 3 week period to support your progress
Complimentary copy of my Essential Napping Guide (age specific for your child)

All prices quoted are in $NZ and inclusive of GST.
Consultation fees must be paid in FULL prior to your consultation.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
The 3 weeks of follow-up support will be calculated from the first day you implement your new sleep plan.
The 5 follow-up phone calls can be used at any time during this 3-week period.
Annette can be contacted by phone, email or text between 9am-6pm Monday – Friday; 9am-4pm Saturday.
*Please note Annette is not available on Sundays or on any public holiday.
