  • 90-min Zoom video call consultation

  • A detailed online questionnaire to be completed before we meet so I'm fully briefed on your family's needs

  • Individual and customised sleep plan

  • 5 follow-up calls (20 mins each call) over a 3 week period to support your progress

  • Complimentary copy of my Essential Napping Guide (age specific for your child)

Full payment for all packages is required prior to the consultation taking place. The consultation booking date and time will be confirmed once payment is received.
